I had the opportunity to be a part of something truly special a few days ago. Hannah Read, one of the most talented songwriters I know, wrote this beautiful song, and it was produced by the ever inspiring Charlie Van Kirk - a very good friend of mine. Early last week, the idea came together of recording an in studio performance of the song. Musicians were called, and, against all odds, a group of stunning players was assembled for the session. I’ve worked on a lot of sessions, and never have I experienced such a wonderfully amicable and inspiring vibe in the studio. Truly an special group of people. Things seemed to come together so flawlessly, and the result has to be seen to be believed.
